Welcome to Malaabis. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of malaabis.com.pk and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before shopping with us.

Malaabis is a premium Arabic brand based in Lahore, Pakistan, operating as a private limited company . These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Pricing

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without prior notice.
We make every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings.
In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, with a full refund issued where payment has already been made.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s), which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) and [bank transfer / online payment — confirm which methods apply].
Orders are confirmed only once payment is received (for prepaid orders) or once confirmed via call/message (for COD orders).
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or errors in product/pricing information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across Pakistan.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
Malaabis is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service once the order has been handed over.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

Return/Exchange Window: You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement, at your choice. Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Size or colour exchange (change of preference): If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, we offer a free exchange within the 7-day window, subject to stock availability. Cash refunds are not provided for change-of-preference exchanges.

Change of mind (no longer want the item): If you simply no longer want the item and it is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact, we will issue store credit for the value of the product. Cash refunds are not applicable in this case.

Conditions for all returns/exchanges:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
Return shipping costs for change-of-preference or exchange requests are the customer's responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Sale/discounted items may be marked as final sale and excluded from returns — this will be indicated on the product page.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us directly.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return/exchange process above.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the Malaabis name, logo, brand identity, product designs, images, graphics, and written content — is the property of Malaabis and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malaabis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to delays in delivery, minor variations in product color/texture, or issues arising from third-party courier services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

10. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
Post or transmit any harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content.
